What is "factory re-furbished"?
A Phase One Pre-owned is a previously owned, refurbished digital back. A Pre-owned digital back from Phase One is tested and updated to meet the standards of a new product. Therefore, a Pre-owned comes with a one year Classic warranty, at a very attractive price tag. A Phase One Pre-owned must pass the following tests and service checks to be released for sale:
• Hardware is updated to latest version
• Firmware is updated to latest version
• Latest calibration routines are applied
• Worn parts are replaced
• IR-filter is checked, replaced if necessary
• Quality control and testing is applied as if the Pre-owned is a new production unit
• Accessories (i.e. cables and batteries) are replaced
A Phase One Pre-owned is included in the Upgrade Program and can be upgraded to a new product after one year of ownership. Pre-owned offers are open while stocks last.
