The camera is open-platform and will also support other lens mounts via adaptors including:-

Lens+ Technology

This removes lens artifacts, corrects colour aberration and fringing and improves colour/texture fidelity to a previously unseen level.

Automated insofar that you can simply choose to apply, or not.

Focus+ Technology

This creates a new standard for image sharpness and resolution and is unique to the PhaseOne Camera System.

It allows for extreme scaling.

Package and Warranty Options

The Phase One camera will be available initially only with a Phase One Digital Back. This package includes a Phase One Digital back of your choice, 645 Camera Body, 80mm F2.8 lens and Hasselblad Multimount (Multimount only with the 3 Year Warranty Package.)

From August 2008, it will be possible to purchase the Camera Body & 80mm only.

The available warranty is either a 1 Year/100000 shutter activations or 3 year/300000 shutter activations.

There is also a 30 day DOA Exchange Programme.

Phase One Camera+Digital Back Package

The Camera+Digital Back Package will be available from April for orders placed now.
Pricing will be governed by the choice of Digital Back.

Demand for the new Phase One camera is expected to outstrip supply for a short while.
However, to ensure that any purchaser of a Phase One Digital Back kit (ie Digital Back/ Camera Body & 80mm lens) doesn't have to wait to get started during this interim period, we will supply a Mamiya AFDII immediately and swap out for a Phase One 645AF in August 2008
